Group Classes

Train together, build community, and move better—alongside others who want to get stronger, just like you.

Our group classes are welcoming, energetic, and designed for real people who want to move better, prevent injury, and get stronger together. You’ll learn foundational strength movements in a supportive environment—no pressure, no judgment, just progress.
 
Each class uses the Royal Blue Progression Model to teach safe, functional exercises with a focus on education, improvement, and fun. Whether you’re new to fitness or just getting back into it, you’ll gain confidence in your movement and enjoy the process along the way.

Schedule:

- Open House: May 1st at 3:00 PM (30-minute demo & Q&A)

- Weekly Classes Begin: May 8th

- Time: Every Thursday at 3:00 PM

- Duration: 1 hour

- Length: 12-week program

No prior experience is required—just wear comfortable clothing and bring a willingness to learn.

Senior Living Facilities – Coming Soon

We’re actively expanding our group class offerings to include on-site training at senior assisted living communities. These programs are built with mobility, safety, and fall prevention in mind and maintain the same supportive, welcoming energy as our other sessions.

Small Group Training – In Development

We’re also preparing to launch small group training sessions (3–4 participants), held at Royal Blue Fitness, for clients who enjoy a more intimate environment with increased focus and coaching.

These sessions will build on the foundations taught in our larger programs, providing personalized attention while still offering the motivation and camaraderie of a shared experience. Stay tuned as we prepare to launch this offering following the completion of our first Concord Senior Center cycle.

1-On-1 Training

1-on-1 training is the most personalized way to experience the Royal Blue Progression Model. These sessions are designed around your specific needs, goals, and pace—giving you the freedom to work closely with a trainer who understands your journey.
